The Arts Society Haslemere invites you to a talk presented by Lydia Bauman.

The talk is entitled EDWARD HOPPER-PAINTER of LONELINESS.

The American artist who has become synonomous with the isolation experienced by many in the Covid era.  We will look at Hopper's unique contribution to American art in the 20th century with his haunting images of loneliness in the midst of urban life.
