We only share information with your consent. We keep data safe.
1. How we receive information
This is Haslemere receives your personal data when you subscribe to our newsletter, send us a listing (corporate, club, society, event, news item, volunteering opportunity) or submit a query. We also store personal data from corporate websites (biographies), events (where there is a booking contact), press releases and other social media platforms all of which are publicly available.

We use the information that you share with us to list your charity, club, business and volunteering opportunity on our website thisishaslemere.co.uk and on our social media platforms, Instagram and Facebook. We store your email address within MailChimp if you have opted into our newsletter. Your email address is stored in our web platform, Wix, if you submit a query via our Contact Us, Event or News submission forms.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have administrative rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
However, should you wish not to hear from us, you may request not to be contacted and to have your data deleted. Please refer to paragraph (4).
3. Amending and accessing your personal data
If you wish to update your listing (charity, club, business and volunteering opportunity), This is Haslemere undertakes to amend your details within two weeks of receipt.
